Donovan Heating and AC delivered outstanding service throughout the entire process. Their technicians were both meticulous and personable, ensuring a favorable experience for the customer. The completed work passed inspection without any complications, reflecting their dedication to quality. We are very pleased with the results and strongly endorse their services. Thank you for an excellent job! I do have some additional feedback. Initially, I was informed that they would install boots in the attic to prevent condensation on the ceiling around the air ducts. However, they chose not to access the attic and instead applied silicone around the vents, which I was told would serve a similar function. There was one instance where the expanding foam insulation they installed fell onto the new equipment and out of the crack they were sealing. Overall, I am quite satisfied. The financing options and pricing were reasonable. There were a few minor concerns: 1. During the initial inspection of the electrical panel, they noted that some wires were undersized and required replacement. However, when they replaced the panel, this work was not included, and they indicated that a new quote would be provided. 2. Scheduling appointments with the city code inspector after the installation proved to be somewhat inconvenient.

Erick was highly professional and performed every bit up and in excess of my expectations. His knowledge and patience were top-tier! Donovan has done a great job with this tech!!!! I am enjoying my hybrid water heater now.

He was professional, considerate, respectful, and very informative throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated how he took the time to explain everything in detail and provided pictures to accompany his explanations, making the work done easy to understand. I also want to mention that the salesperson who sold me my AC unit two years ago was absolutely wonderful—I wish I could remember his name! Additionally, scheduling an appointment with Donovan is so easy, whether by call or text, which makes the whole process even more convenient. I truly appreciate the professionalism and customer service from Donovan Air, Electric & Plumbing and highly recommend them!

Skylar did a fantastic job replacing two electrical outlets! Kim and her crew did a fantastic job replacing all my duct work and completed the job in under 6 hours. It was 20 years old, installed improperly and moldy as hell. It’s like we have a new house now. AC tuneup yesterday!

I had Donovan come out to test my water, and it was truly eye-opening to see everything in it! I really appreciate the text confirmations, appointment reminders, and the notification with a picture of the technician when they're on the way—such a great touch. Carter was amazing! He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and did a fantastic job installing our reverse osmosis system and water softener. The whole process was seamless, and I’m beyond happy with the system. Having peace of mind for my family is priceless! Highly recommend!

I have been using Donovan for electrical and a/c services for a while now and have always had great results. Today I received excellent service once again from Skylar. Their technicians are always very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely continue using them for future services and recommend them to others. :)

Excellent experience from initial phone call, proposal and installation. Install crew was superb. They obviously know their stuff, are pleasant, considerate, great communicators and work together beautifully. Great team - David, Brett and Josh. Very happy and highly recommend!
